Our fees are simple and cost-effective. We encourage families (which includes significant others) to train together or use the facility together. Regardless of which programs you would like to partake in, the monthly fees are the same. So please enjoy Little Sweatshop and all it offers, building a community of people who want to succeed and see you succeed in return.
At LSS, we want active lifestyles to be a priority to our children. We have a variety of programs to keep your kids active, happy and strong including Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira and kids fitness classes.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE), or METCONs is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.
Youth aged 5-14 can participate in our Youth Martial Arts program. This program is coached by Mitch Clarke, both of whom have extensive training, competing and coaching backgrounds in MMA.
CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE WITH OUR SCHEDULING PROGRAM AS WE WANT TO KEEP CLASS SIZES SMALL.
