Classes & Training



At LSS, we want active lifestyles to be a priority to our children. We have a variety of programs to keep your kids active, happy and strong including Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira and kids fitness classes.


High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE), or METCONs is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.


Youth aged 5-14 can participate in our Youth Martial Arts program. This program is coached by Mitch Clarke, both of whom have extensive training, competing and coaching backgrounds in MMA.

Classes for All Ages and Levels

Little Sweatshop offers programming for all levels of fitness and ability. Small class sizes allow the coaches to work personally with you to make sure you aren’t getting injured and that you are working to your full potential.

Classes must be booked online with our scheduling program as we want to keep class sizes small. If a class is full and you would like to attend, please contact us to see if there is space.


Little Sweatshop is one of my absolute favourite places! A gym that very quickly felt like home and has enhanced my life in so many ways. So much more than just a gym!!
