LSS KIDS PROGRAMS
At LSS, we want active lifestyles to be a priority to our children. We have a variety of programs to keep your kids active, happy and strong including Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira and kids fitness classes.
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)
High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE), or METCONs is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.

Classes for All Ages and Levels
Little Sweatshop offers programming for all levels of fitness and ability. Small class sizes allow the coaches to work personally with you to make sure you aren’t getting injured and that you are working to your full potential.
Classes must be booked online with our scheduling program as we want to keep class sizes small. If a class is full and you would like to attend, please contact us to see if there is space.
We have a range of affordable membership options to suit your family / lifestyle!!
Monday-Wednesday: 6am - 8pm
Thursday-Friday: 6am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 10am
Sunday: 10:30am - 4:30pm
