Programs
LSS youth PROGRAMS
At LSS, we want active lifestyles to be a priority to our children. We have a variety of programs to keep your kids active, happy and strong including Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira and kids fitness classes. We continue to evolve our programs as our gym families needs change.
Capoeira for ages 6-13 runs September thru June.
Youth Jiu Jitsu ages 8-14 runs twice a week with all of the fundamentals and building blocks to get involved in the sport, compete if you’d like and have fun learning this exciting sport!
Y-CREW is an 8 week program for ages 8-14 that runs twice a year. It is a program for girls that builds confidence, courage, creativity, a sense of community and friendship and lessons in positivity and healthy choices.
METCON Training and HIIT
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is our Sunday class that involves less weight focus and higher volume to increase cardiovascular capacity and conditioning.
METCON (metabolic conditioning) is the primary fitness class you will find at our facility that is a combination of weightlifting/strength building/accessories and a workout program that is ever changing to constantly give your body a challenge to build muscle, increase conditioning and get the healthy results that improve your lifestyle and quality of life.
MARTIAL ARTS
Youth aged 8-14 can participate in our Youth No Gi Jiu Jitsu program. This program is coached by Leia Brown who has extensive training, competing and coaching background on the International Jiu Jitsu world.
Our Shaved Bears Professional MMA team not only trains out of the Little Sweatshop but they also coach all of our kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, grappling and MMA classes. Named the top gym in Canada in the MMA world, you will not find better quality athletes, coaches or talent than the Shaved Bears MMA team, led by Jeff Montemurro.

We are a community of support to help not only lay the foundation for, but also continue to build toward your personal fitness goals. Whether you need a high-five, a warm hug or a kick in the you-know-what, our crew will not only help push you toward healthy choices, but in the end, celebrate those accomplishments with you.

Classes for All Ages and Levels
Little Sweatshop offers programming for all levels of fitness and ability. Small class sizes allow the coaches to work personally with you to make sure you aren’t getting injured and that you are working to your full potential.
Classes must be booked online with our scheduling program as we want to keep class sizes small. If a class is full and you would like to attend, please contact us to see if there is space.
