Youth Jiu Jitsu
Youth aged 8-14 can participate in our Youth Martial Arts program. This program is coached by Leia Brown, who has extensive training, competing and coaching backgrounds in Gi and No Gi Jiu Jitsu.
Kids will learn the basics of Jiu Jitsu, fundamentals of movement and the conditioning that is so important with these practices. This is an ongoing program offered twice a week to build a love of the sport and a foundation in the BJJ for life.
Grappling
Our curriculum and training is one of the best run programs in Canada. With a focus on grappling, but learning the skills of MMA including wrestling, kickboxing, boxing, jiu jitsu and conditioning. We teach everything from beginner level skills to competitive skills. It doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner or an elite fighter, you will learn and establish the skills to get better, stronger and faster.
