Programs
LSS youth PROGRAMS
At LSS, we want active lifestyles to be a priority to our children. We aspire to keep your kids active, happy and strong. We continue to evolve our programs as our gym families needs change.
Y-CREW is an 8 week program for ages 8-14 that runs every 3 months.
Stay tuned as we continue to develop programs that challenge, excite and encourage confidence in our children and youth! More to come.
METCON Training and HIIT
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is our Sunday class that involves less weight focus and higher volume to increase cardiovascular capacity and conditioning.
METCON (metabolic conditioning) is the primary fitness class you will find at our facility that is a combination of weightlifting/strength building/accessories and a workout program that is ever changing to constantly give your body a challenge to build muscle, increase conditioning and get the healthy results that improve your lifestyle and quality of life.

MOVEMENT AND MOBILITY
Our Movement and Mobility class is aimed towards our mature community. This class focuses on building strength and balance safely, while increasing mobility and coordination.
As we age, it is important to prioritize movement as it has been shown to prevent disease, lower the risk of falls, improve cognitive function, mental health and well-being.
Every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00pm – 1:00 we welcome all seniors to join in this special community where not only work outs are shared, but coffee, laughs and friendships.

We are a community of support to help not only lay the foundation for, but also continue to build toward your personal fitness goals. Whether you need a high-five, a warm hug or a kick in the you-know-what, our crew will not only help push you toward healthy choices, but in the end, celebrate those accomplishments with you.
When you do reach your first milestones, you’ll wonder who wanted it more, you or your coach.
We are the not-so-little-gym with the big heart. If you and your family want to make a choice towards health and fitness, come try us out and see why having an entire community in your corner will make that difference.
Classes for All Ages and Levels
Little Sweatshop offers programming for all levels of fitness and ability. Small class sizes allow the coaches to work personally with you to make sure you aren’t getting injured and that you are working to your full potential.
Classes must be booked online with our scheduling program as we want to keep class sizes small. If a class is full and you would like to attend, please contact us to see if there is space.
