Kids aged 3-12 years old will learn the basics of fitness and fun. This is an unparented class taught by Victoria from Seek Yoga/SeekSurf). It will help develop skills and strengths of basic exercises and movements like squats, pushups, sit-ups, somersaults, etc while playing games and interacting with other kids their age.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE), or METCONs is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.
Youth aged 5-14 can participate in our Youth Martial Arts program. This program is coached by Mike Scarcello and Justin Sander, both of whom have extensive training, competing and coaching backgrounds in MMA.
