At LSS, we want active lifestyles to be a priority to our children. We have a variety of programs to keep your kids active, happy and strong including Jiu Jitsu, MMA, capoeira and kids fitness classes.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE), or METCONs is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise.
Youth aged 5-14 can participate in our Youth Martial Arts program. This program is coached by Mike Scarcello and Mitch Clarke, both of whom have extensive training, competing and coaching backgrounds in MMA.
